It is situations like this that make me wish I owned a bazooka.
I took my two daughters, and my friend's two children to a quik stop for slushies because it is so God awful hot. My friend's two are 4 and 9, the nine year old having Down Syndrome. So I am loading them into the car and the car next to me starts to beep because I have the door open. I stood up and looked at this 55ish piece of shit and pointed to the little one with DS that I was currently buckling in. He shrugged at me, so I closed the door so he could get out and then I flipped him off. He flipped me off, but I don't care, I got it in first. If I had had my pepper spray, I would have doused him.

Please no comments about how 'my children's rights end where yours begin'. This is about common decency. It takes all of two seconds to buckle a child into a car, but this little one couldn't do it.

What a fucker.

And, yes, he had a Bush = Integrity sticker on his car.

2. You CAN own a bazooka - they're not regulated at all
I have a LAW rocket launcher.

OTOH if you want a live round for one, that's going to be a little harder to get.

5. Well, when he beeped at me, my head was down, so I wasn't sure what
he was beeping at. When I looked up, he started to gesture. And, his wife was in the car and fluffy and muffy, the wonder dogs.

I still am so pissed. Got his license plate number, though. Maybe I will have my friends on the police force stalk him.

7. get his address...
then call 911 from a cellphone and give his address then hang up.

according to all the cops that frequent here, the cops are then required to do a warrantless search of his premises.

9. And it's that much worse because, unlike, self-centered f***wits,
you were actually aware of the situation and undoubtedly trying your best to minimize inconvenience to that mofo (who, as it turns out, did not deserve such consideration). I am constantly reeling at the sheer level of self-centeredness on display in this country, and it seems to be getting worse and worse all the time (not surprising, if the 'leadership' is any reflection of the people at all).

Many's the time that I've wished for a firearm so that I might rid the world of one more useless waste of protoplasm, so it's probably just as well I don't have one or have plans to get one. Could've used a bazooka the night that some jacked-up car roared past me, while I was walking back from a store after midnight, and some backwards-cap-wearing-mullet-sporting sh**head threw a beer can toward me and yelled something unintelligible (and, certainly, unintelligent). Struck me as basically bullying, because I was walking alone on a deserted street and they were in a car, and I deeply hate bullies. I knew it'd have been a different story if I were not walking, or if I ran into one of them alone when we were both on foot, so I resolved to ditch my groceries, if it came to it, and confront them down the sidestreet they took. Before I got there, though, the car drove back out with only the driver, the other pieces of sh** having been offloaded, and I just stared at the SOB as he drove slowly past...little scrawny punk that he was. I mouthed nothing in particular, while trying to stare holes in his puny frame, but pulling a rocket launcher out of my bag of groceries would have been so much more satisfying. Yep, I could go Bronson on a lot of people with very little provocation, these days...my patience is wearing so thin.

10. Just do a drippingly polite, British style insult......
"I am SO terribly sorry to have inconvenienced you. I do rather tend to be a bit concerned for my youthful charges and those concerns at times require extended safety related items. By the Bye....would you mind going and fucking yourself, you cantankerous, sodding old git? Thank you so VERY much!"

12. Watch "Fawlty Towers" for inspiration
I might have to try this myself, actually. Splendid idea, old boy.

But, to be really, authentic, you've got to say 'sorry' (and not mean it, naturally) a couple more times.

13. 1 question: Were there other available parking spaces?
If so, he's a lazy p.o.s. rat bastard. If not, he's just an inconsiderate rat bastard.

Now, bazookas aren't very good at close range, I don't think. This is when it's time for the Tazer...

16. The other day we were dropping a friend off at the local grocery
and were stopped for 2 seconds while she opened the door to get out. She wasn't lingering over her good-bye or anything, just getting out of the car. Well this guy was backing out of a space and NEVER ONCE looked behind him. Luckily my husband saw him about to back straight into the front passenger door (where I was sitting) and honked to alert him. He stopped, then honked back at us like we were causing him some kind of harm. Seriously, even if we were parked illegally or taking a really long time, he still would be at fault for backing into us without looking. And shouldn't he be at least be somewhat relieved that we prevented him from causing damage to his precious car? But nooooo, he has to honk back like we had no right to be in his way. I hate people sometimes.
