I'd think with the wide spread effect his book has had discrediting
the RW's "Liberal Media" meme, he's earned it.

After reading his blog for many years I'm impressed with
his network of contacts.

Most of them are very articulate and interesting.

I haven't seen Pierce on there lately though and he
was a big draw for me.

I'm a big Alterman fan. I read Altercation everyday and have greatly enjoyed and learned quite a bit from all of his books.
