The "for sale" sign is gone, and I just checked the realtor's website... the listing is gone. I'll be amazed if it sold... I can't believe anyone with $480,000 to spend would be so stupid (wait, what am I saying? Most rich people are dumbasses).

...unfortunatly my 2 Supermodel Sisters will be living there also.
I try to keep lots of food and booze for my neighbors but I insist you be out of the Condo by 3:00 AM.....and you'll have to make sure to turn off my 72" Wide-Screen H.D. Television....
