Just found out the s.o.'s stepmonster died. He was one of the meanest sons of bitches ever to soil the surface of the planet. And now he's gone.

He will not be missed. Sorry, that's just the way we feel.

I only met the stepmonster once, and he repulsed me viscerally. And that was before I found out about the abuse stories.

No details yet, but the end result's the same. One less demon for the s.o. to exorcise from the past.
