A movie trivia question

The term "too many secrets" was used as a catch phrase in Sneakers (Robert Redford). This was the SECOND time this phrase was used in a movie. The first movie to use it, used it at the very end of the movie.

Name the first movie.

Hint: it came out in 1986.

I knew it would be easy once I mentoned Lithgow.

It's one of the VERY few teen angst flicks I can actually sit through. (The other one being War Games.)
