Do you care about the Natalee Holoway case?

Are you following with great interest the story of the disappearance of Natalee Holoway?

I can't figure out why this story has amassed such media attention.

2. It's not that I don't care.

It's just that there are so many more things I care about. Things that matter to the world in general or the country as a whole. Face it, if she weren't attractive and caucasian, we would have never heard of her beyond the area where she's from.

It's a sad story but the world has much bigger, more dire events, happening everyday that concern a lot more people on a global scale. I would also be less cynical about the coverage if the media cared as much about people of color who go missing or are abused and murdered almost every day. They certainly are using the Holloway story to distract.

and that the authorities get the right
person or persons this time.
I pay attention to new developments
but I don't actively follow the story.
