Have you checked out the My Posts feature? Sometimes people do reply but its after you get offline- I've woken up a few times to find replies to a thread I started the night before that was ignored during my online stay. ;)

5. I have the same problem, the ones that do get replies are...

the ones where I don't finish a thought and leave it open for misinterpretation. So the trick to getting replies is contraversy.

I'm trying to figure out just how I respond to threads: first, if the poster is a friend of mine, then I'm more likely to respond; if the poster is relatively unknown, but the topic catches my eye, the same applies...
BUT if the poster is a friend of mine, and the topic is uninteresting to me, then most likely I won't respond...unless I just want to say HI!
So maybe that's what's happening to your threads? Who knows...I'm just thinking out loud here. Does it help? I hope so!
