Anyone else have this problem. Funny thing is I can access another yahoo email account. I keep getting asked to verify my password.
P.S. -- I expect this thread to sink quickly into cyberspace with 0 responses.

5. You mean just having IE on my pc messes w/ my F-fox? Never did
before. I think I tweaked my cookies and then when I put it back to how it was, couldn't. Funny, I can access two other yahoo accounts. It sucks having to load IE just to read email. Rant . Why cant all these big internet gillionaire companies just be nice and make things easy. Grrrrrr.

2. I've seen that too

I think I've seen this before here, and it seems like a problem with the login/fowarding post login. I think it went away when I cleared my cookies and cache and restarted firefox.

7. User Agent String
Does this have anything to do with the User Agent string? Try installing the extension below and changing your identity to Internet Explorer.

8. That might work, might be a corrupt ssl certifficate
From what i've read (just now) it looks more to be an issue with an browser forward happening from nonsecure server port (http 80) to (https 443) for the submittal of login credentials, and then back to an unsecure http, and certificates being seen as invalid according to the firefox browser.

Deleteing session cookies and then maybe even regetting the yahoo certificate were mentioned as workarounds on threads discussing this firefox yahoo problem. you can always save / export your bookmarks and reinstall. seemed to do the trick for others, which points the blame at the certificate store. My IE / Windows update SSL certificate got corrupted a few years ago, and it took forever to figure it out.

Blank pages were all that windows update showed.

14. Install
If you just click on the "Install Now", Firefox should attempt to install for you. What may be happening is that you don't have "addons.mozilla.org/" in your whitelist for sites that you permit installation from. If this is the case, then Firefox opens a small banner at the top of the main viewing area alerting you to this fact and allowing you to edit the relevent option. Certainly, I don't always notice these little alert boxes that Firefox pops up in this way so you may have missed it too.

9. I'm checking my Yahoo email right now w/Firefox
Try deleting cookies, maybe that will help - it's not just a browser thing.
