2.  Gazpacho
I usually make a triple recipe have it available all summer long.

1 cup tomatoes -- finely chopped
1/2 cup green bell peppers -- finely chopped
1/2 cup celery -- finely chopped
1/2 cup cucumber -- finely chopped
1/4 cup onion -- finely minced
2 teaspoons parsley -- finely chopped
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
2 tablespoons vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups tomato juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and blend well. Or liquefy in a
food processor or blender. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours
. It's best if left overnight.

6. I thought you were talking about the episode of Red Dwarf
where Rimmer sends his gazpacho back to the cook because it was cold, and he thought it should be re-heated.
