I am getting pissed off at them!!!
I signed up for the $14.99 a month Internet package. I was supposed to wait up 24-48 hours in order for it to load. Well it won't load!!!! I have had them give me so many instructions that I am confused.
One person said to wait for 1 hour and then turn on the phone and answer the security browser that pops up. I did so and nothing came up!!!
Another person refreshed my phone and told me to turn off my phone and wait 15 minutes and turn it on back again and answer the security thingy. So I did and I still got nothing.
SO another person refreshed my phone again and now I am waiting to see what will happen again. If it doesn't work this time I am so going to royally chew their asses out!!!
Arrrrrrrrrrrgghhh!
