Did You Here The One About the Nude Tickler?

On my local news tonight they said they had several complaints, in Florida, I think it was that some guy is breaking into hotel rooms nekkid and tickling people's feet with feathers. I know it is not funny because of some weirdo coming in your hotel room, but they didn't indicate he'd done any violence. Our local reporters sure couldn't keep a straight face while reporting this story though. This is one of those cases where you just have to ask :wtf: could this guys motive be and what the hell is wrong with people?
