Shandong was the first style of Chinese I ever had, long before Szechuan, General Tso, sweet and sour, etc. And there was only one restaurant in north Dallas that even made Shandong Chinese food, and they went out of business long ago. But I never forgot Shandong Chicken.

But now I know where to find it again. One of the Colonel's "secret recipes" is apparently an "ancient Chinese secret." Figures. But I cannot complain. Mmmmmmmmm.
