You'd have to share space with my office, but I think there's enough room for the air mattress.

I'll just use my laptop out in the living room to give you some privacy. Wireless internet is a good thing.

Trade off: You have to help with the yard work, but I have a tiny yard.

I have an L-shaped desk up against the walls in one corner. There's a sofa in there, too. Actually, it's the Will Pitt Memorial Sofa. It's what he slept on when he visited.

Last visitor I had slept on my twin air mattress in there and had plenty of room.

18. Ok, in general...

If say, you were a male partner type and I was just thinking tentatively about the concept, I'd say...

1. I have two bathrooms.
2. I'm neat and tidy without being neurotic about it.
3. I can cook well when I want to (i.e. my mashed potatoes), yet I can also do dishes when you cook.
4. I have storage space in my basement.
5. I'm close to my state's retail epi-center.
6. I'm fairly cute, cuddly, and all that stuff.
7. My youngest kids are a little hyper, but I have joint custody (and I'm not afriad to go into drill sargent mode when necessary).
8. I am awesome at unclogging toilets.
9. I'm a great listener.
10. I keep my promises. :)
