Austin, TX--Sports capital of the United States!
That's sarcasm, but for a city without a major professional sports team--we have a AAA baseball team, and indoor arena football team, and a minor league hockey team--we're doing pretty good, lately.

Our college baseball team just won the College World Series.

Nearby San Antonio Spurs just won the national basketball title.

And now, Lance Armstrong is going to win the Tour de France--again!!

Lance,

:yourock: :headbang:

8. No TV, right now
Austin does have some great music spots. And some great swimmig holes, and some cool lakes and scenery. The rest of the country should be jealous. Well, there are other cool spots, but Austin is one of the best places to live.

You should see all the yellow gikes and Go Lance signs. I guess they should say "Geaux Lance!"
