I will welcome any free advise on orthoscopic surgery and estimated time of recovery and the inconveniences I have to look forward to.
BTW, it's the left knee and I drive with a clutch and live on the second floor. Could this get any more convoluted.
Yes, I have insurance (don't ask for the story).

workers comp. Injured while following boss' instructions (not to stand on the chair, but to move files and no other way to "safely" do same - file cabinets tend to topple if weight not in the back).

have no medial meniscus in either knee. I drive a 5 speed and had no problems getting around. After each surgery I was running again within six weeks and walking the day after. It's not too bad. The surgery relieves the pain.
