was sentenced to cleaning up vomit for the next four months any time the local cops request it.
No link yet. I just saw this on the local news. The kid claimed he was just nervous about final exams. But his friends testified he had told them he was going to vomit on this teacher on the last day of school.

That's different.
My son showed up to an exam once not feeling well. He headed to the trash can, said excuse me, and tossed his cookies. Then went to his seat and waited for the exam. The teacher said, it's obvious you're not in shape to take the exam. Go home, and I'll reschedule your exam.

this kid was claiming nerves about finals. But his friend's testimony did him in. He should feel lucky. He was charged with assault.

Those that have no respect for teachers have no business being in the school system.
