1. Somewhat shamed to admit I read it way back when.

And no, it wasn't very good. In retrospect, pathetic is the word that comes to mind. But, it might be more appreciated by female readers. I dunno.

2. Found it in a box in my parents' basement at age 14.
...at which tender age it made quite an impression on me. Re-reading it in adulthood I found it entertaining enough: some funny bits, some hot bits, but nothing that absolutely blew me away or anything.

So, why do you ask?

3. I read way back and can't even remember what it was about!
Think it had 3 or 4 women (roommates? friends?) in it.

4. I read it.
IIRC, she invented the term "zipless fuck," meaning someone you have sex with that you don't even know their name.

The book was okay for light reading, but not one I would read again. Amusing for its time, though it did cause an uproar. Imagine, a woman wanting sex for the sake of sex. ;)

BTW, this critique brought to you from a woman's perspective.

5. Pretty much the same opinion
Sorta boring but came as a big shock to some people back then that women liked sex. That was about all. Pretty old hat for today
