Yay, the dog finally went outside! |
|
He was inside all day while I was at work, and when I got home it was thundering. He's a big fraidy dog. But, now he finally went outside and did his business.
:)
Simple things...

1. Ours got two steps from the back door and let it go! She couldn't wait |
|
2 more seconds! Wish she had just gone on the kitchen floor, but had to do it on the carpet. This storm freaked her out -- she is 12 and this is a first for that.
Congrats on getting yours out in time!

Otherwise with 8 dogs, I'd be constantly having to get up and let somebody out.

5. Me too, My two dogs like staying up til 4AM partying. |
|
By partying I mean frolicking, jumping into their pool, playing with their monster, wrestling, barking at the moon, growling, taking speed. :)
By 7 AM they look like they have had a rough night.

My dog never use to be afraid of storms until we got hit by lightning one time and sparks were flying out of the light switches in the house. Now he cowers every time he hears thunder (OK, so do I). :P

4. One of my dogs was like that. |
|
Thunder terrified him. I use to dread the 4th of July--fireworks sent him under the bed for days.:scared:

6. Every time there's a thunderstorm |
|
One of mine hides in the bathtub, two of them try to be a turban on my head, and the other ones go outside and play in the rain and come in all muddy.

7. You'd think the ones who go out |
|
to play in the rain would tell the others that it's not bad and fun to play in the rain. Maybe they're saving all the fun for themselves.

8. With my dog, when it comes to thunder, all he does is bark... |
|
and continue to bark while following either me or my mom. I hate it when there are loud noises around, like thunder and fireworks, because he's a big barker...it seems like he never shuts up sometimes, but that's what happens when you own a sheltie, who are known for being very barky dogs.
