Have You Ever Dressed Like A Member Of The Opposite Sex?
I have... and let me tell you... I do NOT make a pretty woman. A friend of mine who did drag convinced me to go out with him in drag... he helped me pick out my outfit and helped me a little with the makeup. But it was a disaster. Funny... but still a disaster.

Sorry, no pictures. You'll just have to use your imagination of me dressed as Patsy Cline.

1. Do jeans and a T-shirt count?
I am 5' 10" and have extremely long legs, so I buy men's jeans.

6. Quite often... even at work.
I don't pass most of the time, but I don't really care. Me in a suit and tie and hat, though, is nowhere NEAR as odd-looking and hilarious as me in a dress, makeup, and heels. You know that pained look that dogs have when they come from the groomer, and they have painted nails and funny looking coat cuts and bows on their heads? Take that and combine it with a cat that has tape on its paws, and that's me trying to dress female. :-D

That's Patsy... now imagine her looking BAD. Really bad! Really really bad. Add a floral hat and a shedding "mink" (rabbit) stole. I was a fashion disaster. Like a blind woman who dressed herself by choosing things from a strangers closet.

I'm afraid the photos that WERE taken that evening are long gone.

I haven't lived-up to the gay stereotype, sorry..

BUT.. I do want to be a HoveRound Lady for Halloween.. going-out and renting a HoveRound from a medical supply company & getting some vintage "old lady clothes"..?

I think it'd be hilarious. I could ride up & down 6th Street here in Austin, shreiking "HoveRound!" like I'm at the Grand Canyon & singing "Now I'm free to see the world!"

I mean, I wear the boyfriend's stuff and he thinks it's "cute," but I'm only 5'1" and curvy - let's put it this way, other than the three hairs I pluck from my chin, I have no male features, what-so-ever. Well, "traditional" male features, anyway.

The only way I'd look like the other sex is ... well, I couldn't.

Not that I'm making a judgment, just stating a fact.

That said, I understand why it's fun as hell. :)

When I was living in Dallas, a friend of mine who did drag (and was quite beautiful) convinced me to do drag for Halloween. He helped me pick out my outfit, let me borrow one of his wigs, did my makeup...and I was spectacularly ugly. There were pictures taken...said pics are, the last I knew, still in Dallas somewhere. :-)

46. Looked damned good as Capt. Morgan for Halloween
Borrowed an embroidered colonial-looking jacket from my friend who plays Jefferson at Williamsburg.

No moustache or beard, but I did have a pirate hat, and offered attractive men a shot from the bottle of Capt. Morgan spiced rum I conveniently carried around.

Very effective way to meet guys, I must say....
