1. My friend just found an ann coulter book in her husbands car...
she's an east coast liberal, he's never confessed to any political affiation. But his views make it pretty clear to me what his politics are. I think she's been in denial.

the name of the book: "how to talk to a liberal, if you have to"

5. In your case, that is the correct answer.
Alternative: search for the alien pod.

8. I would have to kill him because it would obviously be a pod person.
My husband would never become a republican. If you knew his grandmother you would understand.
I think he really fell in love with me when his grandmother, whom he adored, and I hit it off so well. The first night I met her we were off in the corner talking politics within an hour & making fun of her freeper son-in-law (my husbands uncle).

11. My husband is a Republican.
He is what I would call an "Eisenhower Republican."

We actually agree on many, many issues. He has escorted more than one woman to an abortion clinic. He has talked to boyfriends who have at first have refused to pay for abortions. He is vehemently opposed to the Patriot Act, and he can't stand Chimpy. He is becoming better informed everyday.

I think at some point, he will become a Democrat.

15. That's just it, I don't think there are any!
He doesn't object to tax increases; he believes in separation of church and state; the Iraq war is a bad idea.

I think he registered as a Republican at the age of 18 because Mom and Dad are Republicans. If he had really put some thought into it, he would have registered as an Independent or a Democrat.
