Potluck here in the lounge: What are you bringing to the feast
You're all invited to the DU Lounge Potluck but are required to bring something to share with everyone (make enough for a few hundred people). What will you bring to the potluck?

Me, I'm going to bring a veggie tray with carrot sticks, celery, broccoli, grapesize tomatos, cauliflower and bell pepper sticks. I'll have a zesty low-fat ranch dressing for dipping

10. Desserts...lots of desserts...
Definitely brownies. Probably cookies too - chocolate chip or M&M or maybe chocolate cookies with white chocolate chips. And if you're really lucky I'll get ambitious and bake a homemade chocolate cake. I like to bake. :)

17. Definitely.
You should pursure that. There's a coop place that rents space to small foodmakers I read about once. Maybe you can start that way.

21. The "Hotdish" would, of course, be in a pyrex covered dish.
If that's what you mean.

The jello, miracle whip, and cheese salad would be a plain tupperware bowl. Mint green of course, with my name written on tape.

27. Deviled Eggs and the Green Jello Thing ..you can't have a
decent pot luck without deviled eggs and a green jello thing.

Mine has lemon and lime Jello, cream cheese, crushed pineapple, pecan bits and cool whip. It is a yummy thing.

OR I could make some kind of really fancy cake: carrot cake, red velvet cake, Italian Cream Cake, German Chocolate cake, fresh coconut cake with whipped cream frosting, chocolate pound cake, cream cheese pound cake, decadent chocolate fudge cake, spice cake OR just super yummy brownies.
