Bush put his fist in the air as a sign of impending victory. He had a pen in his hand and it looked like he was giving America the bird.

2. Last night

Jay Leno ran a clip of georgie and Leno presented it as georgie flipping off the cameras.
Then it became a discussion here, some say the middle finger, some say it was his thumb and some say it was a pen in his hand.
