And Allen Ginsburg took my picture at the memorial service for Civil Rights Attorney William Kunstler. I was in the background and Patty Smith was in the foreground playing (I sat across from him at St. John's Cathedral and saw him taking the shot - I was in the VIP section with Betty Shabazz, Ozzie Davis and Ruby Dee, Breslin and hundreds of others who knew and worked with Bill - a wonderful human being and one of the GREATEST human rights advocates ever.

I sure wish I could see a picture of me and Patty Smith taken by Ginsberg. He died shortly thereafter. I KNOW the picture is out there somewhere.

ON EDIT: Sorry - they were all group photos but what the hell. I was with them in a group.

I'd post it, but I'm about 80 lbs. heavier in the picture than I am now. x(

We had a brief chat one day during a shoot for Honey, I shrunk... The house they used for his was only a couple of blocks from mine. No pics.
