waiting like preadators to kill on the prey,
and nothing to do but be afraid and carry mace;

The sun takes away any protection,
giving the predator the veil of night,
to strike at the innocent victim,
while eagerly waiting to get off on the looks of fear,
knowing when the prey comes to the door;

Another stress on the mind,
another worry,
while the checking account runs to zero,
and the bills mount and the safety net dries up into the night,
while the predator waits to strike;

Nowhere to work, no money coming, nowhere to go,
nothing but the predator hiding in the black darkness,
in baggy jeans and chains waiting to steal all I have left,
because he is a predator that wants to kill;

All my friends in better and in better situations,
yet none of that luck comes my way,
destined to always come in second and to watch everyone else do well,
while the predator takes away my wallet;

Time to sleep, but every noise freaks me out,
The animals of the night standing ready to devour me,
and hurt me,
while I wait in vain for the sun to come back to protected me,
from the predators who only come out at night to kill.

3. Please get some help. It sounds like you are becoming really

fixated on your recent experiences and cannot get past them. I'm sure that sounds like typical off-the-cuff advice, but reading your posts one just can't help but notice how each one is darker and more desperate than the last. Have you tried to find any help in the mental health area? It's sounds like you are at a critical point where you don't have the luxury of waiting too much longer.

I know what a drag it is to be out of work. I've been working temp jobs since May, with an 11 year old son and a mortgage. This sucks. But you have to do something for yourself. The only person you really have to depend on in this world is you.

Have you filed for unemployment? Do you have family that you can turn to? (I am letting my brother stay here until he can move into an apartment that we found for him. At the time I let him come here, he was sleeping in his car.) Surely, someone can do as much for you.

You have to do something. Inaction is your worst enemy.
