i've just finished a large document for school, and having finally joined DU recently (after over a year and a half of lurking), am posting the start of a thread for the first time.

so, like, people that hang out here navigate through the forum pages, witht the bumps functioning, right? as a lurker it seemed navagating through latest posts was the way to go.

so, like, this place has increased membership a lot of late, right?

so, like, people earlier tried to convince me that this place ain't comprised of all young people (I'm thirty), right? a poster told me in this place the old seem young sometimes and the young seem wise sometimes.

so, like, the rules are really strict, huh? i haven't actually read them and i wonder beyond copywrite and general disrespect what that is all about.

so, like, people here really agree on one thing only, right? unless they are fraudulent posters. its clear that it ain't only registered democrats around here.

so, like, y'all know you are getting some bad press of late, right? that one seemed an obvious quick delete.
