oh god....NIC FIT!!!!!!
AIIIIEEEE!!!

I would kill for a cigarette right now!

Even though I still have that lingering cough, and am coughing up things that resemble small island in the pacific off a relief map....

And even though my coworker has lost all her hair from chemo...

2. Deep breaths,
drink water, think of the fat cats who are not making money off you to them rich and you poor and sick. You can do it. It is hard but you can do it.

4. Think about how much you'll stink after that cigarette
and how much faster your heart rate will be for the next few hours, and that dry skin.

Or better yet, think about something else

6. the good news is
that if you don't smoke, the craving will go away.

If you do smoke, you can count on those cravings lasting forever.

Hang tight. I know first-hand that it's difficult, but you can get through this, I promise.

8. Try some pretzel rods. They're mostly fat-free, and you can dangle

one from your mouth like a cigar, hold it between your fingers like a cig, and even "flick" the crumbs off. I made the transition from Salems to Rold Golds that way.
