Air Canada supposedly had postponed outbound flights for 2 hours.

It was glaringly obvious that was NOT a 737 from the first moment!!!

then got struck by lightening.

34. CityTV is on the phone with someone who knows one of the passengers.

The caller says the passenger and many others got off the plane, but some folks were beat up kind of bad by the rough landing and may not have made it off the plane before it burst in flames.

all the electrical (more than likely) so that the plane was then utterly out of control - no brakes, no nothing without an electrical system.

Kinda makes one think that having everything tied through the electrical system is kinda dumb.
