I just made my secret meatloaf a couple of days ago, and polished off the last sandwich today.

I buy a pound of London Broil and 1/2 pound boneless pork chops (trimmed). I double-grind the meat in my Kitchen Aid, and add the remaining secret ingredients.

I got this sumbich PERFECT...just enough of everything...nothing missing...

THEN...

...I invited them over for dinner.

They were SILENCED. After a few bites they openly speculated about WHAT KIND OF SAMMICH that MAGNIFICENT LOAF would make.

They loved that loaf SO MUCH that they mentally transported themselves to the FOLLOWING DAY.

I'd LIKE to share the secret with you...really...but I think that posting it on the Web might allow it to fall into the wrong hands.

....sandwiches in Orlando. It's called the Lunchbox, located I believe on Magnolia Ave and Mark St in Orlando FL. It's open Monday thru Friday only and they open pretty early, I think at 6:00AM but close by 2:30PM. The meatloaf is cooked fresh daily and served on fresh Hogi style buns with whatever you like to have on them. Hummm, it's been a while since I've had one. Thanks for the memory jog MrScorpio.
