How long could a person live off oatmeal and vitamins?
Three bowls of oatmeal a day, seems enough to just hold ya down.

2. Funny you should ask that |

Several years ago, I went through a period where I was buying organic oatmeal in 50 pound bags - virtually all I was eating was oatmeal. I ate it uncooked, mixed with a shake I made out of nonfat yogurt, fruit and ground up vitamins. Every once in a while I'd eat a can of tuna for some protein (just tuna, no mayo or mixings or anything). Why? Don't know - just felt like it. But I felt great - I was working road construction 10 hours a day and coming home and working in the hayfields until dark every night. I wish I was still in that kind of shape.
The power of oatmeal....

haven't even tried it yet, but it just looks substantial, like it could last awhile and be good for ya too. And relatively cheap.
