5. Man Who Sold the World
Although Ziggy and Scary Monsters and Aladdin Sane are up there. Let's Dance is the worst.

6. Almost impossible to say, but Lodger
Edited on Thu Aug-04-05 09:57 PM by swag
though I most play Lodger, Low, Scary Monsters, Diamond Dogs, Young Americans. I also revere Heroes, Ziggy, Aladdin Sane, Station to Station.

Lodger I name probably mostly due to age-demographically based prejudice.

9. There's good stuff on all of 'em,
but for an album as a whole, it's gotta be Ziggy. One great song after another and it came out at an amazing time (both for the world and for me).

Honestly, how often does it say right on the sleeve "To be played at maximum volume."

10. Diamond Dogs.
The intro is deliciously creepy, and the range of styles exhibited on the album is incredible. The title cut rocks, and "Rock And Roll With Me" is a beautiful torchy love song, even with the line: "while the lizards lay crying in the heat".

The 1990's remix of "Candidate" is top shelf stuff.
