What do the letters "ILbiUL" mean to you?

Last weekend we visited my husband's niece and her family in Toronto. When we were getting ready to leave, her five-year-old daughter brought me a piece of paper and said, "I have a letter for you." She shyly handed it to me, and it had these letters on it. Her mom said, "She's trying to tell you she loves you." AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

3. She is quite a rascal
Very lively and active! The older one is quieter, but talks your ear off once she feels comfortable with you. They're both loves.
