The Blue Angels are flying again.

It's not like an air show; you can't see them coming or going. They fly sooo low and the sound is like the fabric of the world tearing. So unnatural. The swallows nesting in the side of the building swoop crazily every time one of the jets booms across the sky.

I'm going to hide in my cave.

5. we sometimes get to see F-16s low and fast - we drive past

Andrews AFB twice daily.

Once AF-1 landed right in front of me - maybe 300 feet off the deck, about 100 yards in front of my car as I drove down Route 4 in MD. :wow:

7. That is a

big plane! It used to do touch and go at the AFB by my farm. I used to always wave when Clinton was in office. Now, never. Actually, I rarely see it anymore.
