The 'author' of that 'bio' is alleged to be a total jerk in Seattle. I don't know it for a fact, but I trust the people who do know it first hand and told me about him. The book "Room Full of Mirrors," written by Charles Cross would be more aptly titled "Book Full of Rumours" IMHHO
