That's what I'd be thinking. I don't have an official stance on file sharing/PHP but if I was in Limewire and that happened, I'd probably think it was a sign from the universe that I'm going to hell for it.
I am slightly neurotic today.

when this happens in my house, our firewall is set to other than "none" (that is, the firewall is up) ... are you actually connected and it's not working or are you disconnected?
