There's a REASON I park my car AWAY from YOURS |
|
My car isn't even 6 months old, and I'd like to possibly maintain the illusion of newness and pristine beauty by parking it AWAY from all of the other vermin who pollute our planet with their useless DNA.
I am not normally materialistic, but since the car (an economy-sized sedan, very clean emissions-wise and excellent MPG stats) cost this poor Zomby some scratch, I figure it's worth the effort, and good exercise, to park it maybe 10, 20, or more spaces away from the usual nexus of SUV's, Hummers, and other pieces of fuel-wasting CO-spewing shit - usually with Stick Family Window Decals of course.
So what happens when I do? Some useless fucking dickwad moran decides their car is going to get LONELY, and parks not only next to me, but REAL FUCKING CLOSE, so there is maybe 6 inches of space between us. Meanwhile, the 10 or more spaces around us remain unfilled. I am left scratching my head (brains still intact before the explosion of my head occurs) on WHY THE FUCK idiotic PEOPLE think that they MUST park their car so close to another's when said car is PURPOSELY by itself.
It's just the stupidest thing I run into nearly every day. I noticed this just about everywhere I have lived or visited. Does anyone else experience this? Does it piss everyone else off too?
:nuke: Fuck, people! Your car will not get lonely!! Please stay the fuck away from mine if you insist on sharing my predilection for parking far away from diseased human filth.

1. Oh Zomby, I know how you feel... |
|
Though when I got my '92 Rivie, it looked nice and clean and stuff. Now it's landfill (I'm too lazy to pick up my trash) and has been in three accidents. I feel like my car is slowly turning into junk.. I try to keep it nice as possible but dang, there are idiots out there that I swear have mission to ruin our cars that we work so hard for.

I do everything street legal, and practice good driving etiquette and defensive driving. The idea of parking like I am cool or great would irk me more than the original rant, and render it hypocritical.
It is not a luxury car (far from it), and even if it was, I would still park legally and ethically.

6. I drive a beat up 1999 ranger pick-up. |

I know it takes up a lot of a parking space, and I need the exercise, so I park out in left field. Too damn many times I come back to find someone parked 3 inches away. I have had to fold in my mirror to get out. And we're the only vehicles out there. Once the buttwipes double teamed me, and I had to back my car half out of the space just to load my groceries.

I have a brand new car, too, and I sometimes go out of my way to park right next to people who park 60 spaces away from everyone else because they're scared. I think it's funny, but that's just me ;)

8. Hi there my dear ZombyWoof! |
|
I've never had this problem...but my car is an older 1989 Toyota Camry with over 100,000 miles on her...I just try to pick a close-in space in the shade when possible, and try not to worry about the fools around me...
I might feel differently next year...hope Toyota will be coming out with their promised Camry Hybrid...and I'm planning on getting one! So then the situation might change....
I feel for ya! :hi:

11. Wow, I haven't had that happen to me, and I pretty always park at the end |
|
of the lot. Mostly because I hate fucking trying to squeeze in spots that are too narrow because some braindead piece of shit old fuck who can't see properly and who should not only not be driving, but shouldn't even be outside, or some small-dicked failed football playing third-tier businessman community college graduate type-A fuck parked his fucking oversized penis-subsitute pickup or SUV in three spots, not by careless parking, but just from it's fucking oversizedness the clueless early-heart-attack victim donkey scrotum raper, plus parking that close to the buiding means always geting stuck behind some utterly lazy fuck who insists on sitting in the aisle blocking traffic for two fucking minutes while they vulture the spot that is two spaces closer than the empty space iummediately to their right and into which they could easily park but won't because they're fat goddamn fucking Americans and they won't walk any further than they have to becuase they need all their energy to run through the grocery store puswing their cart into other peoplke intheir mad desperate attempt to get to the fucking cheetos with their fat pudgy unwashed illiterate hands.
But, with my car parked way out, I've not encountered the problem of people parking next to me, and leaving shitloads of spaces.

I see cars in parking places that are parked far away from everyone else a lot. I know some people park their cars or trucks next to that vehicle just to piss them off.
