I've got that on my computer at home...but I'm not at home now. It does help.
And thanks for the hug, too.

:hi: I'm already less depressed just knowing there's someone else who is depressed. Because misery loves company, you know.

Do a very affirmative thing for your life tomorrow, whether it's doing your recycling and throwing out 20 lbs of shit, petting your cat, or going to get a cup of coffee in a place with a couch and lots free newspapers. Masturbate and enjoy it. Make a deposit in your Roth IRA and invest the money in an index fund or low-cost target retirement fund. Clean up your kitchen, cook yourself a nice lunch, clean up your kitchen again, take a nap.
Read your favorite book again.
Get a head start tonight by getting a lot of sleep.
on edit: if you have been feeling this way for a long time, please have a discussion with a doctor, GP, psych, otherwise.

6. I second the call for medical attention if you've been depressed awhile |
|
Other things that might help:
Catch up on your sleep.
Eat three well balanced meals tomorrow.
Call a friend of family member you haven't spoken to for a while and catch up.
Get out in the fresh air tomorrow - - take a walk, go swimming, visit the zoo, play frisbee... But whatever you do, make sure you have enough water to avoid dehydration.
If you're religious, talk to your clergy.
Good luck...

7. This person's advice is better than my glib shit. |
|
But please do favors for yourself starting now. Small, medium, and large favors.

Abraham Lincoln walked around in a state of euphoria; all of the time.
