A request to our Neighbors to the North |

This is not a copy cat thread!
I was just wondering if you could send some of that beautiful Canadian air down to NY State?
We were a blue state by the way so we should score a few compassion points, cause most of us did not vote for Dumbya.
We've had all of the stifling Jeb hot air from down South that we can stand.
It is supposed to be 90 and humid all next week.
So if you could just come up with an invention to send some nice cool air down the jet stream, we'd be forever grateful.
At this point, we'd rather have snow. Where's Mikos Cassidine and his weather machine when you need him?(Old General Hospital reference there. )
:loveya: ;-)
 Sorry Delrious from the heat.

4. Sorry to hear that Canada |
|
is hot too.
San Fran is sounding good. :)
I mean we are used to having a few ninety degree days here in Upstate NY in the summer but this is getting ridiculous.
Our systems just aren't meant to handle this many days of the heat and the humidity is disgusting.
We are on the verge now of drought conditions too. I have always loved Fall but this year I am even more anxious for it to come than ever. Heck I'd even take a winter blizzard over this I think. At least then you can snuggle under the blankets and roam around the house doing long needed chores. It just seems with this heat there is no where to hide. We only have air conditioning in one room and it just feels like your trapped with no where else to go.
I can't go to the movies every day, and if I go in the stores I'm tempted to spend money I can't really afford to loose. This has to end soon.
