Then they can't tell me whether I can get an abortion or not. They can't tell my friend Jess that she can't marry her girlfriend. And they can't promote the teaching of creationism in my local high school (another poster on here told me that they are teaching it at a high school about a half an hour from me). They also cannot check up on my reading materials that I check out at the public library.

There are so many things that I can think of but not enough room.

My parents don't take 20% out of my paycheck every week and tell me to tough it. If I complain to my parents that they're doing a shitty job running the household, they don't tell me, "Come back in four years, sucker!" Argh! I fucking hate stupid people. I wish they could just wake the fuck up.
