Poll question: Do you pass on chain-letters?
Edited on Sun Aug-07-05 10:19 PM by Turn CO Blue
People were informing me earlier that "spam" is unethical, but I'll tell you, I get sooo many chain-letter emails from people who are both close friends and quite casual acquaintances. I will also tell you, I'm more annoyed by chain-letters than spam. At least I can understand the purpose behind spam (marketing a product).

What do you yourself do with chain-letters? Do you pass them on?

1. never have & never will
a waste of time, and yes - quite annoying.

2. I have to admit,
that in the past, I have passed on the ones that are about "pass this on to 7 beautiful, empowered women" -- or that talk about "what a friend means to me". I know it's wimpy, but when it says, "send it back to the friend who sent this to you", I worried that I'd hurt someone's feelings.

I stopped doing this last year, though.
