Baby Nate kicked me in the eye the other day, leaving me with a grade A shiner. Chidless DUers, you have NO IDEA how hard a 2 year old can kick.
On top of that, I still have hangover traces from Saturday night - and my back is KILLING ME. Standing up or sitting down takes 1-2 minutes of pain and adjustment.
I'm mixing advil, tylenol and valerian. So far, its making it bearable, but just barely.
Shit, if this continues, I'm going to have to go to the doc for meds....

2. Oh it wasn't Nate's fault |
|
We were on the bed rasslin and he turned real quick and used my face to launch himself to a different part of the bed.
Toddlers can be that way, you know....

3. Arnica gel can help with two things |
|
Arnica helps with muscle soreness and also reduces inflammation and bruising.
You can use it on your shiner and on your bad back.
