Ohio State's amazing winning trend
Take a look at the current Top 20...here's what they've done over the past 2 seasons.

#7 Miami - lost to Ohio State
#8 Michigan - lost to Ohio State
#10 Iowa - lost to Ohio State
#13 Wash. State - lost to Ohio State
#14 Purdue - lost to Ohio State
#15 Michigan State - lost to Ohio State
#18 Minnesota - lost to Ohio State
#20 Bowling Green - lost to Ohio State

8-0 against teams in the top 20. Call that a fluke?

1. Don't be so defensive

I think they have a real shot at the Sugar Bowl, somebody PLEASE beat FSU. USC plays in a very weak Pac 10. I hope the Bucks beat Michigan, but then, I was NOT happy my Spartans lost today to the Bucks (I admit they didn't deserve the win anyway - %&C!! stupid penalties!). Anyway, all they can do is play the games. They beat Purdue and Michigan, they deserve to go, IMHO. Forgot to add a PS, though: Good luck to ANYBODY who thinks they can beat Oklahoma.

Good luck to ANYBODY who thinks they can beat Oklahoma.

I'm not finding anything vulnerable in them right now (except an ego...running up the score wins you no friends, and they will repay the favor when you're down someday).

Last year, I saw weaknesses that could be exploited in Miami (and I was right). I've not seen any weakness in OK since they played Bama.

And Florida will beat FSU.

3. Hope you're right - I am not sure they ran up the score
OU's quarterback sat the entire second half, after throwing FIVE touchdown passes in the first. They might not be running up the score - they might just be that good. We'll see. Agree with the rest of your post.

5. Ohio State Has Always Had A Good Football Team
They're one of my favorites. I just wish I could say the same about the Cincy Reds and Bungles.

10. Hey, did I bug you with my Lake Erie Shoreline thread?
I have a job for Ohio DUers, over in the Activism forum. Look for my post on Lake Erie. All you have to do is call your state rep.

12. Find your rep at the Ohio Gov't Site--I gotta work on this
I had a link, but now it does not work! This is what I put in my thread: "You can find your legislator's contact information at: http://www.legislature.state.oh.us/ "

That's in my thread: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=106&topic_id=3722

You know, I have had at least six responses from DUers who would do this. I think that is great!
