I'm takin' the GRE... any recommendations for good study guides?
I'll be taking the GRE in about 7 weeks. I am looking to get my hands on some good books to help me study. Anyone stumble across a good guide that really helped them?

Thanks!

1. Kaplan helped me kick ass on that test.
But I went to the actual sessions. Still...

2. Kaplan...
I can't afford the sessions, but I was looking into their online options. I might be able to squeeze those through my budget.
You thought they were good though?

3. Yep. Their study guide runs about $25 at B&N

Comes with full-length tests and answers, and CD-ROM.

4. what was it that I used?
I think it was 'Barron's'

Like 7 or so sample tests in it - but that was quite a few years ago now...

5. I did princeton review
but then I'm a TPR tutor (so I'm biased ;) )

In addition to a study guide, be sure you make flashcards!

6. I think I did that one also
The test was pretty easy. I prepped for about a month (maybe 8 hours a week) and that was enough. Was worried about the math because I hadn't done any math in 15 years since high school (poly sci undergrad = no math) and I did fine.
