I took bowling, fencing, badminton and fitness walking for my PE credits....

12. Well, you lie on the floor and practice

various relaxation techniques. :D And the instructor comes around and jiggles your arms and legs to determine how relaxed you are and then rates you on a scale of 1-10. And being a neurotic, uptight mess, I was getting 4s and 5s. It was only the written final that saved me.

I know Fen's kind of been struggling in that department, but he gives it his all. It didn't help that his grandfather died and he missed the first week of class, although the teacher was understanding and all. :(

We had to take 2 courses in PE to get teacher certified. I did much better with the aerobics class.
