Looking for Sirius comments |
|
I was listening to Stephanie Miller on the way to work and there was a commercial break, followed by 30 seconds of Stephanie, followed by another commercial break.
Can Air America be found on satellite radio?
Does anyone here have satellite radio? How much is it? Is it worth it?

And considered switching to XM after AA left Sirius, but decided to stay.
Thing is, I can still get AA on AM radio, but there's no way XM matches the music lineup available on Sirius. The music selection is just amazing - and no commercials at that.
As far as I know, XM still hs commercials.

4. XM only has commercials on it's commercial stations |
|
like AAR, ESPN or any other station that is also broadcast on the regular radio. The original programming is still commercial free

2. Sirius used to be worth it |
|
when they had the full AAR lineup. Not any more.. It's only on XM now and it's a chopped up version. I've just decided to stream AAR because IMO progressive talk radio has to be live.

3. Air America can be found on XM and not Sirius |
|
except the line-up is interrupted...you get the first two hours of Ed Shultz instead of Randi and Alan Colmes instead of Mike Malloy. I can't comment on Sirius but we got an XM tuner for less than 100 dollars and it's about $12 a month...I personally think it's worth it.
