DU bartenders: I need drink recipes!
I have a visitor coming next Tuesday, and she has requested cocktails. Since I really want to impress her (i.e. get her drunk), I'd like some help learning how to make the following:

Mai Tai
Long Island Iced Tea
Sex on the Beach

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

5. She made a special request, though.
And I like to be an accommodating host. :D

6. A suggestion...
Buy the pricy liquor, at least the basic ones, i.e. Vodka, Rum, etc.

Though mid grade liquors (e.g. Absolut) will taste just fine in a mixed drink, the top shelf stuff (e.g. Grey Goose) makes an ordinary cocktail into an amazing one...

The type of drink would greatly depend on your company.
