4. Ahhh but paranoia is just a heightened state of awareness
But the best part of knowing who not to trust is arranging their eventual comeuppance...

5. You know, buddy..I like you and harbor no ill will toward you
and I know what your upset is about. The only thing I would suggest is to verify before trusting ;) Sorry to sound like Reagan

7. True, but its hard to verify the person on the other line
Is not some emotionally immature schizo with an axe to grind.

It's also hard to tell if that person is indeed, sober.

8. Sure...but don't send what isn't solicited
heck...you don't know if they are an ax murderer..you could harm yourself by not being careful. Look at that guy in Germany who got eaten (literally) by an online acquaintance ;)

9. But thats just it
What i sent, was in fact solicited

It's the denial of that which bothers me.

11. Heh. I hear ya sweetie.
You don't think I just woke up one day and decided to become reserved do you?

Now I wait a good long time before I peel back the layers of topsoil and unearth the treasure underneath.

In the modern world it's awfully hard to be patient, everything is geared toward immediate gratification. But time is always the best determinant of where your trust is best placed.
