I made sticky chicken tonight. It's just falling-off-the-bone tender. Yummy.

I watched your smiley fall of the chair laughing a few times, and had a good laugh, too. That's funny. :hi:

marinated briefly in Worcester sauce, rubbed with salt, cracked pepper, Colman's mustard powder and olive oil. With a Romaine salad, baked potato and French bread...it was very tasty.

Called a friend of ours to see what he's up to, and he was out of gas somewhere in town and is supposed to call back. If he does, it'll prolly be mexican food. :)

13. Judging from the posts so far.......this thread is all about chicken..... |
|
I bought a roasting chicken from Ralphs today...it is cooking as we speak...
Otherwise, some rice or potatoes, and a veg (green) of some sort...
Haven't decided those just yet...they take much less time...
We'll eat at 7:30pm PDT.....

16. Isn't sushi just uncooked seafood? |
|
So doesn't that mean that veggie sushi is just...RAW VEGGIES? Duckie

18. No... I don't think so. |
|
Not all the vegetables are raw! The nori is toasted, carrots, cukes and mushrooms are cooked in a flavored broth before using, and eggs are prepared omelette-style for use in sushi. Hey, I like the raw fish kind, but my kids won't eat it. The closest they get to raw is the smoked salmon variety.
