1. Will, get a grip on your F-stop
If you know what I mean.

Just went digit myself a couple of months ago. Totally love it. Upped my photo ability a good 100%.

Carry on. Click away.

2. What kind are you shooting with?
Does it have a manual feature?

They can be tough to get night shots with.

5. My buddy has one of those ... (Don't know what model you have)
I was playing around with it a few weeks ago. It's amazing what you can do with them once you get to know the camera inside out. Makes me kick myself, when I started J-School they told me to buy a 35mm. So I bought a good Nikon one. I have barely used it except for difficult shots cause I didn't know how to use the digital.
Probably not even worth selling anymore.

9. Is the man in red shooting flames out of his mouth?
That should put the fear of God into Gallagher's Army.

6. These are beautiful, Will!
Is that top pic of a church? VERY nice, IMHO....

I've seen the other two...also very nice...

Right now I'm using a little point and shoot dig camera...but I want the Nikon D50 for my birthday...

And my husband knows...so we'll probably go down and buy it together...

The point and shoot is very good for the "normal" shots...but for anything fancy or telephoto, then you need the SLR...

Have fun! And I think you are....

:pals:

7. A small chapel
by the side of a small lake in New Hampshire. I took that sitting in a kayak (is that how you spell kayak? looks weird).

8. Were you smoking a cigarette in the second one? That's very cool.
I get that sometimes taking pictures of MrG. Looks like spirits whirling around him. :hi:

...on the Photography Forum in DU Groups?

Judging by the shots you posted, your work is good enough to fit right in.

12. What is that in the second shot?
Smoke? Fog? Whatever it is, it generates an awesome effect.

15. What's the specs on it?
I might buy one this weekend but I'm trying to figure out what kind to get for the amount of money I'm willing to spend (about 250 or less).
