Super I.Q Test aka redemption for your low Sleaze Test score |
|
http://web.tickle.com/tests/superiq/?test=superiqogtI scored 113 and I am an Analytic Detective. Apparently only 6 out of 1000 people think like me. Which might be a good thing for the human race. :)

I was slobber knocking tired when I took it, but I'm afraid I'd just be cheating myself if I did it. I think I'd probably end up the same or pretty close to it.

so I do know my IQ (and I won't tell the score-I think that they messed up and they need to lower it). I also took a test many years ago on "the way that I think". It breaks down to judgemental/analytical. I think about all the facts first before I make a decision and would be excellent working in the legal field or research.

11. your Super IQ score is 120 |
|
The way you think about things makes you a Concrete Thinker . This means your intelligence is grounded in a clear understanding of what is happening around you. In situations where others are confused, things are crystal clear to you. In addition, you have the unusual combination of strong verbal and numerical skills. You are able to solve equations and then use your verbal skills to explain those solutions to others.
Only 6 out of 1,000 people have this rare combination of abilities.

|
(which is within 10 of my usual score - so, this is pretty good)
Your overall intelligence quotient is the result of a scientifically-tested formula based on how many questions you answered correctly. But it's only part of what we learned about you from your answers on the test. We also determined the way you process information.
The way you think about things makes you a Creative Theorist. This means you are a highly intelligent, complex person. You are able to process information of nearly every kind with ease, using both creativity and analysis to make sense of the world. Compared to others you also have a very rich imagination.
How did we determine that your thinking style is that of a Creative Theorist? When we examined your test results further, we analyzed how you scored on 8 dimensions of intelligence: spatial, organizational, abstract reasoning, logical, mechanical, verbal, visual and numerical. The 3 dimensions you scored highest on combine to make you a Creative Theorist. Only 6 out of 1,000 people have this rare combination of abilities.

Supposedly, we are rare. My IQ has dropped a few points, according to this, though. I usually score on IQ tests at a pretty consistent rate, around the lower 140's. My result was 125 on this one. Having kids will do that, I guess :)

Going back and looking at the answers (there's a way to get around having to pay for the report), I got 5 wrong overall. One of them I initially picked the correct answer for, but I talked myself out of it and changed it to the wrong one. I also got the one wrong where there is a series of numbers and you have to pick which one has the least amount of mistakes as compared to the original. Those stupid commas threw me off. I usually get those kind of questions.
I blame the kids :)

I am a "Creative Theorist", apparently. 6 out of 1000 in the population , for whatever that's worth, and it says "This means you are a highly intelligent, complex person. You are able to process information of nearly every kind with ease, using both creativity and analysis to make sense of the world. Compared to others you also have a very rich imagination." Which sounds kind of silly, really.

|
"Joan, your Super IQ score is 105" (~ Ha! so there!) The way you think about things makes you a Detail Specialist. This means you are a sponge for new information about how things work. You have an innate intelligence that allows you to understand the relationship between objects and physical space in a way that most others cannot understand. In addition, your eye for detail and organized way of thinking allows you to grasp the finer details of any experience. You have a kind of common sense that others lack — and probably don't even have a name for!

Reading over the answers, it looks like EVERYONE gets told their thinking style represents 0.06% of the population. Which seems a good scam to get you to cough up eight bucks for the "full intelligence report". Bit too coincidental, especially considering the ratios given.

Just click that you want the full report, then click that you want to go back to the free version. It will give you the option of scrolling through some ads. Just skip through all of them and it will give you the report. If you want to go through all that, that is. It took me about 5 minutes.

"This means that you're exceptionally strong in mathematics and at using logic to solve problems — you have a way with numbers. But that's not all — compared to others you're very detail-oriented, highly organized, and good at understanding things on a complex and abstract level. You're also a quick study when it comes to learning new things or understanding new concepts."
I don't know about the highly organized part, I have occasional fits and spurts of organization but mostly I am pretty unorganized.

Mary, your Super IQ score is 131
Your overall intelligence quotient is the result of a scientifically-tested formula based on how many questions you answered correctly. But it's only part of what we learned about you from your answers on the test. We also determined the way you process information.
The way you think about things makes you an Intuitive Investigator. This means you have multiple talents and can do anything you set your mind to. You're able to detect numerical patterns easily and are able to grasp the true complexity of the world, both in its details and in a more abstract form. You've got a sharp logical mind and are adept at using words to get even a difficult point across. The combination of all these things makes you truly brilliant.
How did we determine that your thinking style is that of an Intuitive Investigator? When we examined your test results further, we analyzed how you scored on 8 dimensions of intelligence: spatial, organizational, abstract reasoning, logical, mechanical, verbal, visual and numerical. The 3 dimensions you scored highest on combine to make you an Intuitive Investigator. Only 6 out of 1,000 people have this rare combination of abilities.

The way you think about things makes you a Conceptual Synthesizer. This means you easily grasp underlying concepts when learning something new.
