10. Ew. Them's got bugs in 'em.
I used to have a pair of jumping beans, and then one day one of the bugs got out. Sort of killed the illusion.:)

5. LOL
It's raining here. FINALLY. Feels too good to close any windows.

Didn't put much of a damper on the shrieking 8-year-old girls next door though. Damn, I hope they're less audible when school resumes.

8. Oh, it's been miserable here the past 2 days
More like early November that August; rain and cold...

11. I think that's what my mom said, too.
Hopefully you'll be richly rewarded by a dry, crunchy, gold and red River Valley in September or October.

16. I think that's when that part of the world looks best.
Especially when it's dry...and you're camping. :)

14. Me too
I had to go Downtown for my new job and I slipped on my new winter coat I bought in May, thinking I wouldn't need to wear it until November! It's supposed to get up to 27C by Saturday, so I can't wait a few days..

drinking coffee and beer, then I had a lot of wine, then I topped it off with a big bowl of thai curry, and lemme tell ya... my stomach is unhappy. :(
